Professionals (6 kinds) "Sake Nabe" (pot cooking of salmon and salmon roe) [Cooperation of cooks in Tendo] 300 yen per a bowl This cooking takes part in this event since 5th festival. This year they changed the name from "Oyako Ishikari Nabe" to "Sake Nabe". But there is no difference between both cooking.

"Jidori Nabe" (pot cooking of chicken and mushrooms) [Cooperation of cooks in Tendo] 300 yen per a bowl This cooking took part in the 3rd and 4th festival by a name "Jidori Kinoko Nabe". There is many variety of mushrooms, it looks very healthy.

"Tendo Kamo to Sansai no Mentai Nabe"(pot cooking of duck and wild grass) [Cooperation of cooks in Tendo] 300 yen per a bowl This cooking took part in the 5th festival by a name "Kamo Tsumire Hatto Jiru"(pot cooking of meatball of duck).

Ankou Nabe Larger Picture...(22KB)

"Ankou Nabe" (pot cooking of a angler) [Cooperation of cooks in Tendo] 500 yen per a bowl This cooking got the grand prix title "Nabe Shogun" at the 2nd festival. They had a cooking performance "Ankou no Tsurushigiri"(cut down an hanged angler). They also participated in the 5th festival.

"Nama Tarabakani Nabe"(pot cooking of crab) [Brunch of cooks of Japanese dishes in Tendo] 500 yen per a bowl There is many crabs in a bowl. You must be afraid that they absolutely become a deficit so long as they sell it only 500 yen.

"Yamanosachi Furusato Nabe" (pot cooking of wild grass) [Cooperation of restaurant in Tendo] 400 yen per a bowl There are many variety of wild grass and Japanese noodle soba which is a special product in Tendo. It has rich contents.
