September 13 (Sun.) Event about drainage system (the highest 28.7C / the lowest 18.6C / weather - fine)

We had an event about drainage system. The rate of the drainage system is 67.8% in Tendo City and it is the highest rate in Yamagata Prefecture. They make the "Power Soil" which is made of filthy water at the drainage system center in Tendo City. Many visiters had an interest in that soil and asked them.

September 12 (Sat.) Merits to combine ? (the highest 31.4C / the lowest 18.9C / weather - fine)

Yamagata City has a plan to combine other cities around them, inculded in Tendo City. Yamagata City made a vision to combine and had a meeting with citizen. Panelists said many merits, only good points. So some citizen told to them that they didn't any demerits.
Yamagata City has many plans of big projects to built big building, reconstruct westside of the station, etc. So some people say that it is doubtful that the combining cities makes many merits for us.

September 11 (Fri.) Free bus for old people (the highest 28.8C / the lowest 17.2C / weather - cloudy)

Tendo City they will start to run free bus system for old people. This time they will run as the test before complete service. Tey run from the public health center "Kamatasou" to the welfare center "Sougou Fukushi Center" in a week.
They have run already 2 buses for them. But only groupe can use that buses. So many people want to use more buses.

September 10 (Thu.) Season of harvest (the highest 30.1C / the lowest 16.8C / weather - fine)

Around central Tendo, there are large rice fields. Some farmers have harvested already in several places. But many other will harvesst the end of this month. We can see the golden carpets in this season. (We took this picture in the west of Tendo City, the area TERAZU.)

September 9 (Wed.) (the highest 29.6C / the lowest 17.0C / weather - fine)

September 8 (Tue.) Crows at night (the highest 28.4C / the lowest 17.1C / weather - fine)

We have the season of crow in Tendo. They stay the rice fields in daytime and go to the central Tendo in evening. They have a meeting every day around the City offce in Autumn. After that they go back to their home in the mountain east from the central. One people are in trouble with their drippings. (This building is the city hall next to the city office. I took at about 18:00.)

September 7 (Mon.) Voter in Tendo (the highest 24.1C / the lowest 17.3C / weather - cloudy)

They announced that the number of voter in Yamagata Pfefecture is 982,940 (468,802 men and 514,138 women) on September 2. And they calculated that the rate of increase in Tendo is 0.83% (397 people), the most increased in Yamagata Prefecture. The number of voter in Tendo is 47,997 (23,059 men and women 24,938 women) and the rate to the number of whole Yamagata is 9.3% (4.9% men and 4.9% women).
