Many handicapped persons in Miyagi Prefecture will come to Tendo on October 10. They gather volunteer staffs for them. This time about 400 people come by train. The volunteer staffs support that they go sightseeing in Tendo, take a lunch, etc.

Guests from sister city Marostica in Italy come to the city office. They come for the 40th anniversary ceremony of Tendo city. The mayor of Tendo city and many officer welcomed them. Guests from one more sister sity Marlborough in New Zealand come next day.
