Following yesterday, it was over 10C temperature today. The fine day lasted every day, it almost disappeared to see snow. Some flowers bloomed around rice field. When it is an average year, a heavy snow falls about one more time. But this year, the weather forcast said that spring seems to come just like this worm week. This may be the influence of the earth warming.

Mr.Reiji MATSUMOTO, who is famous for the comics such as "Uchusenkan YAMATO", "Galaxy Express 999", will come to Tendo city because of a special lecture. They hold a lecture in Tendo cultural hall from 2 p.m. on Mar.25(Thursday). A lecture is for children in Tendo. But some general people may go to the lecture with order-in-line ticket.

Mar. 10 (Wed.) No worry imported cherry (the highest 8.9C /the lowest -1.1C /weather - cloudy)

They permit to import 5 kinds of American apple and 2 kinds of cherry. Tendo City and Yamagata Prefecture are famous as a producing district of the cherry in Japan. It seems to have an influence. But I think there is no influence to Tendo city.

The looks of American cherry is realy different from cherry in Tendo, and a taste is more different. Many people may buy American cherry because they sell cheper than cherry in Tendo. But I think people know a taste of cherry in Tendo must buy cherry in Tendo. And, which cherry is more present when you give cherry as a present ?

Mar. 9 (Tue.) Bus fare line transport soon (the highest 6.4C /the lowest -1.6C /weather - cloudy)

From Mar.12(Friday), they run buses between Tendo and Yamagata insted of trains because they expand railroads for the Yamagata Shinkansen. The number of buses and a fare are the same as the train. But there is a problem. It is a time to take. When it was a train, limited express reached at least 15 minutes from Yamagata station to Tendo station, even the local train of each station stop reached about 20 minutes. However, ehen it is a bus, it takes about 40 minutes !!

It doesn't hang on the time like this if it goes straight to Tendo. But It becomes late becausel they run along the rail, near each station. If we were involved in the traffic jam ... We recommend you to use the airplane when you come from Tokyo, Osaka direction.

Mar. 8 (Mon.) 9 winning streaks Mr.HABU (the highest 7.6C /the lowest -0.8C /weather - cloudy)

We had the 24th term "Kiou" battle. This time Mr.Yoshimitsu SATOH, with the professional shogi(Japanese chess) title "Meijin", chalenged to Mr.Yoshiharu HABU, with the professional shogi(Japanese chess) title "Kiou". Mr.HABU won consecutively 3 times, and defended a title "Kiou". Mr.HABU attained the title "Kiou" 9 times continuously.
