I thought that I didn't go around for shopping. But I Phond some good souvenirs .Money exchange rate is 10,000VDN(Vietnam Dong) by 100yen.

T-Shirt
We can buy anyplace, not only at the street stall but also at the department store "Toon Sa Tak". Avarage price is about 2 US$ per a shirt. I were a red T-shirt printed the face Mr. Ho Chi Minh in Japan.
Vietnamese tea
This is a tea smelled jasmine. They serve this type tea every time when I finish to eat. Not only hot tea but also cool tea is good. I like Vietnamese tea, but people don't like the smell of jasmine cannot drink. They sell it 5,000VDN per 100g(about 3.5oz.).

Silk scarf
I just recommend this as presents for women. I bought at the shop "Bigson" on the Dong Khoi Street. They sell 5 US$ per a scarf, they may come down the price. We see white silk scarf, don't you ? And it is very beautiful because it is painted by hand. I regreted not to buy more.

Coffee filter
1 US$ per 3 filter at the Market of Cho-lon. There are some types of filter, different of size and quality. I recommend it as souvenirs in Vietnam because I think that it is very unique filter in the world. This is a sundry goods in Vietnam.

Maybe 20,000VDN at the souvenir shop in Cu Chi. This is a souvenir for men, I think. When I present this for friends, they ask me "Is this a ball cartridge?" And almost friends said "This penetrates our body... It is terrible !"
Aozai (Vietnamese traditional cloth for women)
It is more reasonable to buy cloth in markets and to bring into a tailor. I bought cloth of 35 dollars in a market of Cho-lon and sew by 50 dollars at a tailor of the Ho Chi Minh city. I tried to wear it at a wedding ceremony of my friend, a reputation was very good !
Piano nonation
We purchased at the "Guenfue" bookstore in front of the hotel "Saigon Prince Hotel". I am surprised that "Hanon" is gathered up to a compact and it is 19,000VDN. However, that paper is bad and it is hard to read some pages because these are reduced. I bought it as a present to two teachers and some students of music class.
Book of Japanese Origami (paper craft)
We purchased at the "Guenfue" bookstore in front of the hotel "Saigon Prince Hotel". It is written as "ORIGAMI" with Roman alphabet on a cover. They explanate in Vietnamese with an illustration. But some pages are written in Japanese. A photograph of a book of Japanese paper craft, it is just put on a cover of color. It is 33,500VDN with two sets.
Cakes, sweet
We purchased them at the total department store "Toon Sa Tuck". We bought various kinds of a caramel, cookie at an article of food counter. A cookie use an unusual thing in Japan as materials, coconuts, durian etc. There are many kind of cookies and they are very cheap. We were very happy to shop.
Cube of soup for Vietnamese Pho
We purchased them at a food counter in the total department store "Toon Sa Tuck". We were sorry if we bought dry noodles that we were good.
