Many families go to shppping for preparing to enter new school and new office.

The athlete "Kyoko OKUYAMA"

will get back to Tendo city today.

But the plane cannnot fly to Yamagata Airport because it is very strong windy today.

So the celemony in the Yamagata Airport is canceled.

In stead of it, they will have a celemony on March 23 at the entrance of the Tendo city office.

March 19 (Thu.) Cherry blossom on April 16
(the highest temperature 14.1C / the lowest temperature -1.4C / weather - cloudy)

They broadcast the infomation about cherry blossoms.
It will bloom on April 15 at Yamagata city, south of Tendo city.
So we will have cherry blossoms about on April 16.

Mt.Maizuru is famous as a good place to see cherry blossoms in Tendo city.
And the top of it, it is 241.8 meters above see level.
We have the

"Ningen Syougi" (Human Japanese Chess Game)

at the park on it.

It is 194.5 meters above see level.

So, on the Mt.Maizuru, we have cherry blossoms about on April 18.

Marlborough in New Zealand

.

These days we have many times to interchange with Marlborough in New Zealand.

And today, young ambassadors go there.

They are choosed from junior high school in Tendo city.

They will see around and go to junior high school in Marlborough with homestay.
